FOODPACKERS’ case packing systems are engineered to support production units with outputs ranging from 2,000 to 15,000 bottles per hour.

Our integrated systems operate as a unified unit controlled by a central interface, consisting of:

  • Automatic Case Erector: Forms the cartons.

  • Product Grouping System: Organizes bottles/containers for packing.

  • Case Packer: Places the products into the cases.

  • Automatic Case Sealer: Seals the finished cartons.

How it Works:

The Case Erector draws folded cartons from a high-capacity magazine, shapes them, and secures the bottom flaps using either self-adhesive tape or hot-melt glue, automatically feeding the packing section.

In the Case Packing stage, a Robotic Arm (equipped with custom-designed single, double, or triple grippers) picks up the grouped bottles and places them precisely into the open cartons at the loading station.

The filled cartons are then conveyed to the Automatic Case Sealer for final closure.

Smart Control & Efficiency: The entire system is managed via a central PLC control panel with a color touchscreen (HMI). Beyond basic settings, it provides real-time operational status, error reporting, and detailed production analytics.

These systems are the essential addition to any automatic bottling line, enabling high daily output while significantly reducing labor costs.

World-Class Collaboration: Manufactured at the FOODPACKERS facility in collaboration with industry-leading international partners: FANUC (Japan), OMRON (Japan), and SIAT – ISGPACK (Italy).
